Saturday changeover:
Arrival 4 pm / Departure 10 am.
Miscellaneous: Private parking for maximum two cars. Enclosed garden. Patio dining furniture, garden umbrella, rotary clothes drier, garden lounge chairs and gas barbeque.

Accommodation:
Entrance hall. Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Digital 43" freeview LED 4k Smart TV:Netflix, NowTV, Amazon Prime, Disney & catchup tv available. Bluetooth speaker connectivity for iphones/ipod. DVD player, stereo with multi disc CD play and cassette player and radio. Multi fuel cast iron stove. Kitchen; gas hob, electric oven, combination microwave, fridge with freezer box and seperate fridge freezer is available if required, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 with king (5') four poster bed and deep high density memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 with twin (3') beds also with memory foam mattress', LCD TV and en-suite shower room with large electric shower, WC and wash-basin. There is a built in shower seat. All bedding is supplied with a choice of synthetic or feather pillows.
All our beds have beautiful bed drapes plus hi gh density memory foam mattress' for exquisite comfort. A choice of warm but light summer & winter synthetic duvets & 2 synthetic pillows per person. 2 feather pillows are also available.This can be changed for any allergy sufferers to all synthetic pillows, upon request.
A further family bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin.
